At ABS Mental Health, we offer a variety of services to best meet our client needs. See below to learn more. 

Intensive In-Home

At ABS we provide intensive in-home counseling services for the youth aging 4-21 addressing irregular behaviors putting our youth at risk from being displaced from their residency. Our licensed staff assist the children with specific treatment plans, addressing their behaviors while utilizing the support from their families. Our team is actively using and providing community resources that assist the child during the treatment for a successful outcome. In addition the individual must demonstrate a clinical necessity arising from a severe condition due to mental, behavioral or emotional illness that results in significant functional impairment in major life activities.

Mobile Crisis

Our team provides Mobile Crisis Response services, providing 24 hour emergency services, seven days a week for rapid response and early intervention. This allows real time responses to the exact location the individual is that’s experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The primary purpose of this service is to. I) de-escalate the behavioral health crisis and prevent self harm or to others; II) assist in the prevention of an individual’s acute exacerbation of symptoms; III) create an immediate plan maintaining safety; IV) coordination of care and connecting to appropriate treatment services to meet the needs of the individual.

Community Stabalization

We provide Community Stabilization services 24 hrs a day, seven days a week, providing short-term assessment, crisis intervention and care coordination to the individual experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Services may involve, engagement of natural supports, brief therapeutic and skill building interventions and interventions to merge natural supports in the de-escalation and stabilizing of the crisis. Following that up with coordinating follow up services. This service includes networking providing linkages and referrals to appropriate community-based services; assisting the individual and their natural support systems. The primary goal is to stabilize the individual within their community and support them and natural support system during: 1) between an initial mobile Crisis Response and entry in to an established follow-up service at the appropriate level of care is identified but not immediately available. 2) transitional step-down from a higher level of care if the next step is identified but not available or 3) as a diversion from a higher level of care.
